With a solid early background in Provider Operations,
Billing, and Provider Systems, Embry has been able
to leverage this experience with an acquired
undestanding of the "Payer Side" beginning with
systems startup of a Hospital Based HMO in 1995 and
throughout this decade - now including systems
implementation and testing for Independence Blue
Cross, NC Medicaid, NY Medicaid, TX Medicaid, and
MA Medicaid as well as continued work with the
Provider Systems Vendor and Provider Billing
Industry.
Technical experience without healthcare business
